The prices indicated are in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They are subject to change without notice, but the confirmed reservation maintains the rate indicated at the time of the request.

5. Payment
Payment is made on site during the stay, unless otherwise specified during confirmation. No online payment is made via the site.

6. Cancellation and modification
Any request for cancellation or modification must be communicated by email or telephone as soon as possible. The specific cancellation conditions are specified in the confirmation email.

7. Arrival and departure conditions
Arrival and departure times are indicated upon booking confirmation. Failure to comply with these hours may result in additional charges.

8. Responsibility
Hôtel de la Vallée cannot be held responsible for losses or damages suffered by the customer during their stay, except in the event of proven fault.

The information collected via the form is used only for the management of the reservation and will not be communicated to third parties. In accordance with the law, you have the right to access, modify and delete your data.

10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. These conditions are subject to French law.
